Our two guest bedrooms are spacious and light (4 x 6 square meters floor area) with double and single beds, both have hospitality trays, sweetie boxes, oodles of soft towels, large screen televisions, hairdryers and vanity units, they are separated by a landing on which is situated the well appointed bathroom. Breakfast can be taken at a time to suit you (it's your holiday!). Our comprehensive menu includes the following, extra items are added when available and advised at the time:- Tea/coffee, fruit juice, cereals/porridge, toast, bacon, sausage, fried bread, tomatoes, baked beans, hash browns, haggis, black pudding, eggs, Scottish pancakes and syrup. Vegetarian meals and special dietry requirements can be arranged. This will be done in discussion with the guest to ensure their meal is as wonderful as the normal breakfast offered. Evening meals at Greenacre are a social event with the entire household sitting together to enjoy whatever delight is on the menu for that day. The accent on food is to provide home cooked, tasty, varied menus, which are a little different from normal fare. The speciality of the house is mouthwatering roast salmon - succulent Scottish salmon fillet topped with a delicious mixture of tangy lemon, home grown garlic, cream cheese, home grown spinach and freshly made breadcrumbs, oven roasted to perfection, served with juicy, tender asparagus and "real" chips!
